Re: [iPad] Image File Types

1)  If I remember correctly, PSD is the file format for Brushes in Adobe Photoshop.
That may narrow your search in this very case.

2)  Obviously, you may change formats. Be aware, that TIFF (also from Photoshop, I think) features lossless compression, and JPG lossy compression. So you'd better edit a picture to taste before saving it in a lossy format.

There are a variety of ways to import images into the Photos folder, whether from an email, Facebook, web page, etc, but I have thought that the iOS would convert the image file type to some lesser memory usage, like TIFF to JPEG. I recently downloaded an image said to be PSD. When I looked at in the Investigator app, sure enough the meta data showed it as PSD. In both the Photos app and any other image app I could find no way to convert to the JPEG file format. Does anyone know how to change image file format on the iPad?

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

I don't know if it's useful for your purpose, but take a look at Settings>Camera>Formats.

[iPad] Re: iTunes Gift Cards

Hi Pat: I always appreciate it when you let us know of a gift card discount for iTunes. Unfortunately, I waited too long for this one. Oh well :)

Pat, there are several iTunes gift cards offered on Amazon. One was from a 3rd party vendor and reviews said the vendor never activated it and claimed it had been stolen. Another had many complaints where it had already been redeemed.

Maybe if you could be specific as to which iTunes deal, and maybe it was done by the time I got this message.

If you hear of any again, let me know. I always buy :)

Amazon has $100 iTunes gift cards for $80 if you use the code ITUNES20. This is the first time I've seen 20% off in a very long time. I bought one that was delivered to me almost immediately and was redeemed quickly following the instruction provided.
