I have never had a poor customer service experience at an Apple Store. They've always been top notch brilliant!

My iPad Pro 12.9" developed white spots on the left side of the screen a few months ago.
I took it to the Apple store and after a very brief examination they replaced it with a new iPad. I didn't have an appointment on a busy Sunday but only waited a half hour for a genius and then another ten minutes to get the new iPad.
Excellent resolution.
I had purchased AppleCare for this iPad which may explain the above.
