I got a 128GB wifi/4G for Christmas. I, too, had problems with our home connection. After we replaced the router with a newer model, though, there's been no problem.

[iPad] new iPad air

System Preferences,  Users & Groups.  Click + to add user.  Make the new user administrator.  Then log off and back on as the administrator.
