AFAIK you can run it while charging.
I often unplug before fully charged & so far it doesn't seem to have hurt
any of my iToys.
BTW it's easier to read messages in plain text. A busy background is as bad
as micro-print. Some people will skip anything that's hard(er) to read as
being just too much trouble.

Re: [iPad] Run while charging?
Re: [iPad] Slower boot up w/ iOS4...
we reboot ours every week or three, same with iphones and ipods. my wife every moneth or so would complain about her phone, i had her reboot it now thaht she does it every so often (think: sleep) she has reduced her glitches to almost zero. she has a 3g
I don't think I've powered *off* my iPad since I got it.
Re: [iPad] Slower boot up w/ iOS4...
I haven't noticed any difference.
Do you mean power *off* or just sleep?
I don't think I've powered *off* my iPad since I got it.
I have 64GB wifi/3g

Re: [iPad] Slower boot up w/ iOS4...
Considering the additional features not all that surprised.
This is being typed using Dragon Dictate. Dragon Dictate allows you to talk and the computer to type your words as you speak. Any arrows, I will blame on the soft wear. ;-)
Have a great day
My boot-times seem to have gotten faster, as have my sync-times as well.
