[iPad] Anker Stand
I have no interest in this company, but my family has several of these stands used for iPhones and iPads and we are all very pleased with them. The price is right and some of ours have been in use for a few years and still look like new.

Don’t think you need a mac to have iTunes. I have 3 ipads, 2 iphones, 1 iPod etc
and use iTunes on my PC all the time to back up and/or restore them as needed.

My first reaction would be to go to an Apple Store and ask for help there. You might have to make an appointment for the Genius Bar, if nobody on the floor can help. If you have no Apple Store near you, try Apple Support - oh, you don't have a Mac. OK, it's Apple Store then. Good luck.
