[iPad] Re: iPad Pro Review: Why I Returned the New iPad

Oh, Tony.  Basta with Tim Cook.  Write to him, please., if his statement bothers you so much.  You're not likely to convince everyone on list that the iPad is a consumption device and a Mac is a production device just because that's how it works for you.  Personally, I think most people use both tablets AND computers more for consumption than production.  However, for many of us we do the type of production that can be accomplished easily on an iPad. For us, a laptop would be superfluous and actually less useful than the iPad.  Sure works that way for me and I don't even have or need a Pro.  As several of us have said before, "different strokes . . ."

Really?
Apple do touch screens. Everyone does touch screens.
I would and actually do agree with you, the issue I have is those that whine that iOS is a consumption based OS, which it is, and that has been echoed by many here in the past, now Tim Cook says why have a PC when you have an iPad Pro, and many here see it as uber productive, it can do anything. Well it can't. technically it could, so can a 3 door shopping trolley take me skiing, it could but who would??
Make a choice, Apple fans, of which I am one.
Is it a laptop replacement as Tim Cook heavily implies, or is it a great consumption device, that for some, meets all their needs, for most, I need a real PC [insert PC or Mac here]
Off course they can make OSX touchable or make iOS less restricted. No issues either way, whats the best way? I see a full computer such as a PC or Mac, or a tablet for consumption and lite tasks
