I'm just guessing, but I would take a look to see if they are in the new Files app.

The new update has changed a lot of things. Use to, my Pdf files would download into iBooks. It gave me the option to open it in iBooks. I would do it to make sure it saved to my iPad.Now it says it has downloaded it, but the file doesn't show up anywhere, that I know to look anyway. Has anyone figured out a way to download Pdf files yet?? Thanks for any info about this...Debby
