Now it says it has downloaded it, but the file doesn't show up anywhere, that I know to look anyway. Has anyone figured out a way to download Pdf files yet?? Thanks for any info about this...Debby
I ran up against that tonight. Wanted to save a web page as a PDF so I could annotate it. Tapped on "save as PDF". Safari displayed the PDF, with an option to save it. Chose that option, and selected a PDF app as the target. Looked later - wasn't there.
I always give it a target folder (and a name I will remember) – I doubt that it can be saved to another app.
If I have any trouble finding it, I can use Spotlight to look for the name I gave it.
I suspect iOS 11 is still fairly buggy.
As far as I have seen so far, this aspect is not buggy.
Another iOS 11 feature malfunctioned tonight. Took a reboot to clear it.
