I speak clearly. And precisely when using her. She understands me. With google I can be sloppier in my speech patterns. No training.

My husband loves Siri and she works well for him. The reason for this is that he uses Siri all the time. The longer you use Siri, the battery she understands you. I don't use Siri hardly at all so she doesn't really understand me.

These days, it seems to me, Apple is being run by its PR department.  Doubtless, there are some super-capable engineers and programmers and general thinkers inside Apple, but all the public hears is how amazingly, fantastically great everything is.
