Just now, as happens once in a blue moon, a few of my outgoing mail messages have got stuck in the out queue. Several minutes before that, a number had gone out normally, to exactly the same address.
Would someone who understands these things be good enough to venture an educated guess on what's happening? And whether there's anything I can do to fix this?

I had a message stuck in my outbox for a week. Rebooting and rebuilding mail didn't help.
Finally did a search for the subject with Easy Find which found it. Once deleted the out box was empty.
