In iOS 11 Public Beta 1, the X closed the app. In Public Beta 2 a swipe up from the open apps menu closes apps.

When the icons jiggle, the X is used to delete the app not close it.

I'm running iOS 11 Public Beta 2 on my iPad mini 4. First thing I found is a bug that does not allow me to completely close am app. I Double click the home button, them long press the app I want to close, I get the jiggle for a second or two but no X in the top left corner of the app I'm trying to close. Anyone else find this bug?
