[iPad] Customer Service Helped/No Sound Except iPod - Help!

 

Went through all of my settings and everything was turned on as it should've been. We went to Settings/General/Reset/Reset All Settings and now the sound works.  :) We're not sure what caused it, but it works now.

Hi.  I got my iPad 2 a couple of days ago and it makes NO sounds unless I'm playing music through the iPod app or the Pandora app. No game music, no keyboard clicks, no anything. :(

I apologize if y'all have already covered this and I missed it, but does anyone have any clue how to fix this?
