True and the prices keep coming down on 4K TV. I bought one a couple of years ago and I have to say that it upscales shows broadcast in 1080p to 4K and although not as good as true 4K they are a definite improvement over watching them on a regular 1080P HD TV Not all channels that advertise themselves are 1080P. Some are at 720P and my new 4K TV tells me what resolution they are at.

Until there's more 4K TV shows I don't see any reason to buy a 4K TV. My 50" 1080p TV is just fine. I don't see cable or satilite going full 4K anytime soon.

It's a fabulous picture and I can redownload any shows I have purchased in the past. I'm having such fun with it. I mostly watch on my large iPad Pro but I did watch Dunkirk on Apple TV and it was just fantastic.
