It's not just email groups, it's things like organizations & vendors that I
actually want to hear from.
I often find the only way to *read* a message is to "reply" to it -- then it
comes up in plain text (that's all I send unless I'm forwarding something
special); I just have to remember not to actually send the "reply"!
