I am sure that this has been hashed about. I have a new MBP and haven't loaded my mail accounts.
I want to buy an iPad2 but don't know which one. I have a non-tethered iPhone 4 and Verizon Mifi. Would a tethered iPhone's GPS send enough location service data to an iPad so that I can run a navigation system (Motion-X, Tom-Tom) on the iPad? Has anyone tried this?
I would love to get rid of the Mifi, even though Verizon has much better coverage than AT&T.
Or would it be better to just get an iPad with Verizon's data service. I can't pay for three services.
Can you turn on tethering with iPad? A jail-broken iPad2?
I'm just askin'
George
