[iPad] Stand alone mapping w/out wifi or 3G, like Streets and Trips???

 

I asked about mapping and got replies that Maps is included however you must have internet to use it. I need a stand alone app like Streets and Trips on my notebook. Is anyone using something like S/T that works 24/7 regardless of internet connection?
