If I get a PDF in email and I click on it, it opens then hit the arrow at the top and i have the option to save to iBooks.

OK.. an acquaintance of mine can open PDF files on his iPad just by clicking on them. I don't want to ask him what he uses, he's too arrogant. Second (unrelated question)... why can I watch you tube videos on my iPad at the You Tube site but if I click on one in Facebook, it says this device can't play Flash® ?
