If the app us giving you problems why not go to http://nypost.com/ and save that to the desktop. Use that instead if their app. It works I just tried it.

I downloaded IOS 7 and I hate it. Does anyone else have the New York Post App and does it work for you. I have tried deleting it then turning off the IPAD and then reloading it and still it only shows part of the page. I have the IPAD 2.
