I think one of the most important changes is that when you post in one group, it posts in all your groups, like facebook.
I think the switch to a facebook like social page is the model they are going to.
Some groups are just dumping the group, and creating a hosted site privately.
The ft-857 group was switched then switched back, so I don't know quite where this is going.
Hope they don't start facebook like games that people spend incredible amounts of time wasting, playing farmville etc.
Time will tell.
Our time will come eventually I guess.

Forgive my denseness but would that mean that, instead of separate groups as at present, we would become "fans" of the kind of subject we now follow in a group?
