No problems here with downloading the iOS7 for my iPhone a couple of hours ago and I am trying to get used to the new layout; not too keen on the circus-bubblegum-cotton candy look.
No problem with the brightness; just slide your finger up from the bottom and readjust.
The centering was no problem, but zooming in with your two fingers and then the picture jumps back out when you let go is annoying.
Thanks for the Music radio option comment, now I do not have to listen to Pandora all the time.

Installed iOS7 on my iPad with nil problems.
Yea! Music radio option finally with iOS7.
One difficulty. Wallpapers & Brightness. Some of my photos are hard to center and crop correctly.
Otherwise a great upgrade.
