Did you try the "Forget this Network" setting on the device and then setting it up again? You'll have to put in your password.

| Just wanted to let the people who replied to my original question know about the progress I've made. I did as Jim suggested and updated via iTunes. It worked perfectly with no hitches at all, so at least my iPhone 5 has iOS7 now! Thanks, Jim. Don't know just what I should do about the WiFi issue, though. I've re-set the network several times, but can't get either the router/modem or the repeater to connect (I always get one of two notices, "this network can't be found," or "dismiss this network." I guess I'll have to call a technician to get some help on this. What an annoyance! | ||
