the response is slow, may be because of the amount of graphics.

In one case, after IOS 7 the time zone was set to California and when I tried to reset the zone to Chicago the iPad time did not change. This caused the iPad to reset the time on my Fitbit One device Pacific time. Does anyone know how to restore to IOS 6.x?
