On My iPhone  5 it's the same or seemingly faster. On my iPad 2 it's the same or slower. Neither change is very obvious to me.

By definition the only changes you can see are cosmetic unless you peek at the code, no? Personally I've got more stuff now like control center, I dunno about you.

Has anyone experienced any performance improvement with IOS 7? So far as I can tell the changes are just cosmetic. In one case, after IOS 7 the time zone was set to California and when I tried to reset the zone to Chicago the iPad time did not change. This caused the iPad to reset the time on my Fitbit One device Pacific time. Does anyone know how to restore to IOS 6.x?
