Thank you all for your great suggestions/ help. I had tried again one last time late Wed. night. The wifi worked. Then, when I came home from work yesterday, I checked the wifi again. It still worked. Hurray! I guess it must have been a glitch caused by the software update on my iPhone 5. The wifi just kept dissapearing & there was no place to put in my wifi password again, which is what I thought that I would have to do. It was a scary moment. I'm glad I came here first, even though the glitch straightened out.

What Toby is experiencing with Wifi is something I've been going through since getting my iPhone 5. We have a router/modem that is our Internet/telephone connection plus an extender. Both have the same password. I can get both of these devices connected with my iPad, iPad Mini, iPod Touch, and iPhone 4s, so I can use which ever one gives me the stronger connection. The first time I wanted to connect my iPhone 5 I was able to get only the extender to "take." This is not a good thing because in certain parts of the house the extender is too weak. I have reset my network settings several times, to no avail. When I wanted to do the iOS 7 update, the only device I couldn't do was the iPhone 5 because now I can't even get it to connect with the extender. No WiFi connection at all, in spite of several network settings resets. Any ideas of what to do now?Thanks,<sg-0.gif>/\__/\_____(=-.-=),,__,,_)~~~~/\„,„/\( =';'= )/*♡♡*\(.|.|..|.|.)-------Original Message-------I would try resetting your network settings. I rebooted. It worked. Then it didn't. All I get it that thing that goes around in circles. What should I do?Toby
