[iPad] Iphone 4 sim in an ipad?

Just got the ipad with the cellular ability. 

 

I also have the iphone 4 and I believe they take the same size sim

 

Can I move my sim from iphone to ipad and get 3G on the ipad? I have the unlimited on the iphone…and for the few times I am somewhere that does not have wifi..I was wondering if I can do that instead of buying a $14 and change plan.
