Two markets, maybe. The iPad now is comfortable for me. Smaller would be more convenient (paperback book vs. hardback) but considerably less comfortable. The smaller one might appeal more to women, who could tuck it into their purses. But men could start carrying purses to accomodate it. I suppose Apple's doing a lot of market research on this.
Whatever happens, I hope they don't drop the ten-inch iPad.
