[iPad] IPad in hotel

 

Hi All
I am having problems using my iPad in a hotel using their hotspot 

I can log on using the supplied password but then ten system freezes with the error message that "Drop down windows must be enabled". I have enabled drop down windows in  Safari but that does not seem to help.

The hotel staff are not well informed except to say tat this problem has occurred before
