It mentions tech companies, not just Apple. LOL and mentions know-how? Tech companies dont have know how with cars

Unlike phones, the car is a hardware device, from the headlight to the tail light. Therein lies the problem, the profits for that are low, and there are no apps, etc to make money from then on. Unlike a $1000 phone with add on revenue after that

So,,,,, where is the Apple TV? They are already in the tech industry, where is the TV, that's easy to make. Hasn;t happend. As there is no money in it. If they can and havent made their 60" TV, I can't see them making a $55000 car.

What they want to do is get every car having an Apple ECM, that drives the self drive car. There goes your high margin add on for millions of cars

Never happen

Partner? Yes. Add the Apple box to a car, fine, that easy, its just a car version on an ATV puck.

Apple knows as much about building cars as Karcher knows about building cellphones.

Whats the margins on cars? Its about 2%
How often do we upgrade our car?

Never happen. 

Someone said the other day that a car is mainly electronics, thats very wrong. Its a mechanical device, with wiring, some circuit boards in the dash, and an ECM.

[iPad] Problem with music on iPhone, Apple or otherwise

 

For the past many months I have been having an issue listening to music from my iPhone 6+ in the car. Both in my resident music, and Apple Music. I pick a tune and start driving. The tune plays a few bars then stops. At the next red light, when safe, I hit play again. It plays a few more bars, then stops. Sometimes after maybe 10-15 seconds it will start again on its own, sometimes it will jump to another tune if my music. If Apple Music, it may never start again and I have to choose 3-4 tunes before I get one to work.
This happens to my phone in my car via cord or Bluetooth, and my husband's car via cord (he doesn't have Bluetooth.) It does not happen when we play my husband's music in any vehicle. It does not happen to my phone at home or at the gym, only in a car.
It does not happen all the time. I drove 45 minutes today with no issues, and then when I stopped for an errand and started up again, same problem. It happens maybe 25% of the time.
So I contacted AppleCare after doing a hard reset several times. They said it was hardware and I got a replacement phone Sunday.
And it is still happening.
I am at a loss as to why my music stops playing -- both my resident music and Apple Music.
Any thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
