[iPad] Latest iPhone update problem.

 

Help!  I installed the latest update on my iPhone 4 and it wiped out all of my apps!  How do I get them back?  And how do I get my contacts and imessages back too?  I wasn’t prepared for this.  I updated my iPad and it went fine, with no issues so I just assumed it would go well for my phone too.

So you only sync to the cloud? I thought pressing sync or backup put everything in the cloud but not on your computer.

For me, referring to non-Apple as a PC goes back to the early 80's. Every computer person I knew, knew what I was talking about when I said I had a PC. That was before Windows, I believe. Even after Windows came out we called them PC's.

[iPad] new Retina iPad Mini

I hadn't seen it mentioned before so I was surprised when looking at the new retina ipad mini on the apple store to see it goes up to 128 GB of storage. Not too long ago that would have been a lot for a desktop.
