I would guess since they are your friends they are or have been there more than once. You'd only have to show then once. But if i remember correctly the first page is a bunch of things to choose from and you simply use the iPod like thing on the remote to select and click. Or maybe I'm missing something. For me "how do I switch from dvd to Roku or Apple TV on this weird tv remote " would be the difficult task. I'd probably goto the actual tv and look for a button. Or. Being an introvert grab a drink and watch people.
