I disagree the MacBook Pro Retina is 'long in the tooth' it is super fast a great Mac OSX machine.

The MacBook Pro, like all computers these days, are "long in the tooth" in that they are all evolutionary instead of revolutionary

Fair enough. So are rockets, cars and planes by that standard.
